Outfit 33 - Orange Polka Dot Shirt + Black Floral Skirt

This black floral skirt is nice and flow-y.  I realize I love skirts like these!  I need MORE of them in my life.  =P

 

My shirt is bright, almost-neon orange (in person) with polka dots!  LOVE!!!  =D 

My belt matches my purse and shoes perfectly.  Matchy-matchy!  =P
