The skirt also has a floral pattern on it.
Here's a black cardigan to top it off. :)
I decided I needed something not-black to accessorize with, so I used my white purse as a contrast.
My mom originally bought these shoes for herself but ended up giving them to me many many years ago. I had kept them in the closet all this time because honestly, I thought they were a bit too chunky for the times. Fast forward to now and chunky is in again, but the question is....for how long??!! =P

ReplyDeleteOh no...I must like scandalous items b/c I really like that top. Also, F21 is selling an almost exact dupe of your skirt (I think it's called the jacquard floral skirt); I wanted to get it, but I have a dress in a similar material.
ReplyDeleteLOVE getting stuff from my mum. ;D
haha QFFS, you scandalous you!!! I adore the lace top but perhaps you should pair it with a more neutral bottom? too many prints might be overwhelming hehehe...
ReplyDeleteI love that tucking a top in can hide it's scandalous nature LOL. The wedges look good on you! The important question is whether or not they are comfy :)
ReplyDeleteI love the white bag! As you probably noticed in my post today, I recently thrifted a white purse I looove! -Rachel
ReplyDeletehaha, you are so cute with your scandalous thrifted items lately! I don't think chunky sandals would ever go out of style since celebrities always wear clunky shoes as far as I can remember and still see them in fashion magazines. Plus, my mom loves those kind of platform sandals too! I need to find more for my mom since her collection are all getting worned out.
ReplyDeletei'm the same way about my belly! i love how you paired different textures in the same color. it really looks gorgeous on you!
ReplyDeleteLove that "top"!
ReplyDeleteThat top is going to make a such a great vest! It's cute as it is too--although I believe you about the weird length...definitely a good move to tuck it in! It looks great that way!

@Rachel - I love white bags too! Yours looks wonderful as well!
@Olyvia - Hehehe. I guess you've been noticing a trend toward the scandalous here on my blog, eh? ^_~ I better tone it down. =P
@two birds - Awww, thanks! :)
@simple subtle style - Thanks!
@Bri - Thanks! I'm also wondering when I will not be too lazy to change this "top" into a vest!
@ACC - Thanks! Glad you like! =P
